I called to let them know that we were there, the girl said we'll be right out. We waited for 30 minutes then I started calling. (As no other cars were there. It shouldn't have taken that long.) No one answered the phone. So, I go and knock on the door and a lady started yelling at me that she couldn't open the door. I never asked for the door to be opened, I asked if I was getting my order and she said she didn't know, she didn't work in that department and walked away. I started knocking on the door again. Everyone else looked at me and walked away. As I started leaving a guy came running out and claimed the girl that originally answered the phone left work without telling anyone else that I was sitting out there waiting. I have recently had problems the last few times that I placed orders. My fault for continuing to do so.
