I understand that the store is big, and it's hard to check everything all the time, but there is moldy food sitting out in the produce section. If there's enough buildup for the mold to be visible, that means there's spores on most of the produce surrounding it. Not to mention several of the tomatoes were moldy in multiple bags
First time I've been here, but my family has been here before. Loved it! The staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns you have. They will personally take you to find something, explain how it works and offer you advice and help you save even more money! Incredibly clean, bright and so well organized. Aisles well labeled to make it faster to find things. Plenty of parking too. I would gladly go here again!
Go up to the register and give the cashier a $9.00 manufacture coupon. I looked at my receipt on the drive home, and it was never deducted. Go back to the store to customer service. There are two employees at the entrance to the desk talking, one on the phone with a customer. I'm waiting, not being helped, while there are employees chatting at the entrance. The one gets off the phone, and all three gatherings right in front of me like I didn't exist. Finally, I pipe up and say, is anyone going to help me? Come to find out the chatter was the manager. I say REALLY. I explained the problem, then was helped. This is the new work ethic. A business is only as good as its management. If you don't set a good example for employees/everyone, it will only fall to pieces in the end.
Good store and good customer service store was extra clean and well maintained.
Another great experience at Wal Mart. Excellent employees, very friendly. Much better experience than Target. Everyone was very helpful. Location is great. Excellent background music. I don't have to deal with Grand Chute traffic problems.
Very upsetting the money center is always closed and online you are told they are open tell 11 but even during the day they often cash checks in the service desk counted I have done this many times. But tonight I was refused I understand that I was also there at 9:30 however one lady seemed to not want to help when I asked her this time. She was also the manager on shift I assume tonight because even when I asked another worker if they could help me they went to ask her to cash the check for me, but she refused. I believe her name was Tammy
Nicest walmart I have been too. So clean and bright. Items and inventory spread out and not crammed together. They even sell US Polo Assn. That's not common. I'd say this walmsrt and Findlay, Ohio are the nicest ones I have ever seen. First 5 star on a Walmart I have ever given. Highly recommend.
Carrying less of the brands I prefer to buy like Rinaldi pasta sauce. Lots of self-checkout workers, most aren't very aware of what's going on. One worker tried to direct me to an open self-checkout without considering the volume of purchases in my cart: A one bag counter isn't going to get me far into the 2-weeks worth of groceries for a family of 4 in my shopping cart. If I manage to find milk available for purchase, all the gallons are usually covered in milk oozing out the caps. The milk coolers stink and are in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. And why are meat juices seaping out of packaging?? Every time. Nothing more sanitary than raw chicken juices all over my hands and other groceries in my cart. And no paper towels or bags to put them in any more.
Went to return/exchange oil filter. The lady at the customer service desk was rude and refused to return/exchange saying the oil filter was used. Which was impossible because it was the completely wrong filter and wouldn’t fit my car. The box was only opened. Oil filter wasn’t even taken out. Because as soon as my grandpa opened the box he knew it wouldn’t fit my car. I told her this. She basically called me a liar.
Robert was so awesome and helpful. I was in the stationery section and totally lost looking for command hooks. He helped show me where to find them, and advised on what would be the best fit for what I was trying to do. Thank you Robert!
