The manager of the hardware department was really helpful and friendly. She answered my question about light bulbs, and even retrieved another product from the end of the aisle to give me another option. I appreciated her time and attention. Later, two other employees stared at me as I was walking by. I greeted them, but they just continued tostare at me. All other employees I encountered were helpful and friendly. Clean store. Will be back. =)

Definitely not my favorite Walmart location. It is ALWAYS super busy & is way too crowded, my husband and I can barely walk through the aisles because so many people are in the way or just standing there in the middle of the walkway! Not only that but every time I go there for something specific they're out of the item! & they're too lazy to stock the shelves let alone organize them because products are always thrown everywhere. Customer Service lady was GREAT! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! don't know her name but JOB WELL DONE

Wow..I purchased my new vacuum cleaner online and picked it up without standing in line. Woohoo. The cashier Elizabeth was awesome. Great customer service with a smile!! Will continue to use this service and recommend this to others. Thank you.

I bought a new printer this trip. The sales clerk was very helpful but she had trouble ringing up the service policy for the printer and had to get a manager involved. Unfortunately the manager was only useful because she had the override key. She didn't seem to know the procedure to correct the problem and it took several tries to get it resolved. I like this Walmart and do most of my grocery and household shopping here.

WORST Walmart to go to in Fort Worth! It’s location is in the lower end community on the east side. All kinds of people come here! MANAGERS (Robert ham),( Maria) & SUPERVISOR (idk her name but she’s fat and has a red buzz cut) have absolutely NO CLASS and NO MANAGERIAL skills at all. Will talk to you any kind of way just because they have “authority”. Do not handle altercations well, And will side with the person of higher position automatically. That’s why they can’t keep a consistent staff. It starts with the managers! They hire ratchet because ratchet is who they are! USE OPEN DOOR POLICY!! or talk to Store manager Priscilla. #STRESSFUL
