Closing all of the self checkouts and but one checkout lane an hour before close on a Saturday night when there was a line no less than 30 people long. Will blatantly clog aisles with restocking equipment to the point where passing through is a challenge, even without a cart. Staff is unfriendly, cold, and lethargic except for the older gentleman in sporting goods; He is the one knowledgeable and friendly employee there. That being said - it's a Walmart. It has what you need and is open longer hours than most stores. As long as you don't mind wading through screaming children running rampant and know exactly what you need and where to find it, you'll be fine.

They are getting better with the restructuring BUT they decided to eliminate a number of things like men's shoes and dress pants. They need to get better or else Target will move in.

One of the worst Walmarts ever-and that says a lot! Staff extremely rude/unfriendly/unhelpful; management berates staff on the sales floor; dirty, ill-stocked and unkempt sales areas; the best employees are Security! I was shopping for men's lounge pants once, and an employee started screaming at me about the garments on the floor, as if I had done it. Nice.

When looking for floor customer service, in a department, best of luck. If you go to the front desk, to request service to said department, chances are just as slim, if not slimmer. Have had trouble in other departments, toy section seems as though most items have been opened. Or opened at home, resealed with items missing or replaced with dissimilar items, then returned to the store.

My major gripe with this location is how they ask every customer to see their receipt upon leaving. That's just plain insulting. Items are also constantly missing price tags and store is always a mess. I drive the extra miles and go to the one in Riverdale, NJ. It's much cleaner and you're not asked for a stupid receipt when leaving.
