I have recently told people how great this store had become
  Spoke too soon
Myself and 3 other people have been in the customer service line greater than 10 minuets.  It has not moved.  At one point the only one at the desk left.  Now the only one there is focused on putting something in computer.  No idea of customer service at this store.

I came to Bowie Walmart about three or four times and the first time I notice that your cashier name Gemini line was moving very quickly. So I stepped in his lane and watched him the whole time. He had a male customer that was giving him a hard time but he remained customer satisfaction the whole time with that unbelievable smile. You couldn't see nothing but the glow of a angle on his face. So thee other visit he still had the same outstanding service. He takes care of his customers with great feelings of a man who loves his job. Keep up the GREAT work Gemini. U earned all the points!

My experience at this location was only tolerated because of your cashier Gemini. The lines were crazy long, the cashier's were moving like zombies and I looked over. Gemini was working with the quickness! I think we made eye contact so I quickly moved to his line. He had me out fast and with a smile (and laughs). I'll definitely take this drive just to shop  here as long as he's working!

Me and my mother where checking out when a man stopped us to look at our  receipt before leaving the store.  He looked at our receipt for about three minutes and I asked him whether there was a problem and he stated that there was no date on the reciept.  I asked him did he see the items that we purchased on the  receipt and he said yes.  However, the man would not let us leave the store.  Me and my mother were treated like criminals.  Instead of checking with who checked us out he treated us like criminals.  We returned everything we purchased to guest service.

About a week ago I've seen the most inappropriate physical action with a assistant manager bye the name of Nike. She grabbed a co worker in a inappropriate way by his arm. I've been at this store a few times and this guy is the fastest cashier there that I've seen. I watched her speak out in a very disrespectful and aggressive way. Not sure on what kind of management team you guys have, but she surely doesn't need her position. Big no no, not sure what his name but I'm almost sure his name i s Gemini or something. However he's customer service satisfaction. Customer service friendly and so on and so on. Keep up the great work Gemini.
