I was shopping for larger woman sizes and needed help finding my size. I found the lady working that department, I've had dealings with her before. I wish I had found out her name but I did not. She wasn't helpful like always she never has been when I've asked for her out she just points and acts like she can't understand English. I ended up having to ask other people for help and finally found someone that located the item I was looking for. Then when I got to the register lady in front of me explained to the cashier that the item she wanted to purchase work on markdown the difference from the regular price and the markdown price was only $2. The cashier did not want to give it to her walked away we thought to get an okay or to check the price came back told her he couldn't do it and went to leave again to put the item back on the Shelf. Seriously I had ice cream that was sitting there melting I told the guy just please bring it up for her that I would pay the difference she thought she was short on cash. There were only two cashiers around 9:30 p.m. and the lines were really long. I think what he did was a bit ridiculous he should have just rang it up for her or at least met her halfway on the price. Also you guys do not keep the food stock very well on the shelves I work during the day so I have to shop in the evenings and when I come many times I cannot find what I want because the cells are empty.

Lots of good deals. Just encountered a hiccup with them not being able to find they keys to open the display/ cabinet to get the product. I really wanted it too. It was the only one they have left. This happened yesterday (Friday) just called today (Saturday) still no key and apparently the manger is off today. The person on the phone told me maybe "Monday" they will be able to get it. Geeezzz so inconvenient I might have to say.

So much fun to shop here. I'm a trucker guy and love it when they have everything in one place. Well there is no deli but that's ok.

Just called customer service to ask if they have a certain book in stock, I even had the book's Walmart # ready to make it easy for them, the call ended before I can even finish my first sentence.  Pretty sure the associate hung up.  Totally deserves 0 stars.

We asked about counter top that Internet showed in stock. The Man working in cabinets WOULDN'T get out of his chair to OR look it up for up. Went to service desk and asked to speak with a manager.  They page 5 times and no one would answer.  SHE LOOKED UP butcher block countertop  said had 6 in stock.  But she needed to call back to cabinets and asked. We told her thanks but no thanks.  He WOULDN'T help us when we were back there.   So we decided to spend our money elsewhere.
