The worst place ever. Why does this place have the rudest, most foul mouthed, and condescending woman working here at customer service? Tried to return something, she's walking away saying uh huh we can't do that, didn't even look to see what it was. Not to mention all the other rude and disrespectful things that she said and did. She didn't even attempt to give me an explanation. Then proceeded to laugh and point at me talking about what just happened to other customers. More than embarrassed about this woman causing a scene to the point everyone is looking. Definitely will NOT be returning to this despicable place. Customer is first/ right, haha not at this place.

The line for an oil change only had one person in it but they estimated an hour before they could get to it. After an hour and a half of not hearing from them, we walked over to find that the vehicle was done but they decided not to call us to let us know. Walking around the store, there were no employees to be found to help us, the dressing rooms weren't manned and they were locked. The only positive experience we had was at checkout where the young lady was quick and professional and actually seemed to care if we found everything we needed.

It's a great location, but they have stocking issues.

Clean and organized. The store usually has what I need in stock. Only issue is the wait at the tire center and they only have one register open later in the evenings.
