If only i can rate 0 on this,I went to this pharmacy a while ago first i talk to the cashier in their to check my daughter's prescription if it is already in there but the cashier said that they're workin on right now and have to wait for 15 mins.After like 30 mins not 15 coz i went to get some groceries I went back and the cashier said "can you wait for another 15 mins coz its not ready yet so of course i can't do anything about it coz its not ready so i've waited for another 30 mins instead of 15 just really to make sure its gonna be ready when i came back she said maybe 1 second and i said ok as i observed them they already taking the prescriptions of those people who were behind me on the line and i still waiting and waiting until another 30 mins.wasted, my kids we're exhausted already waiting, imagined from school to the doctor!!my daughter keep on coughing coz she has bronchitis and need to take the medicine,so i decided to ask one of the pharmacist there named Tri to check if my prescription is ready coz it take too long 1 &30 mins.already and he answers me back"WHO ARE YOU,I DONT KNOW YOU!and walk away isn't that rude i was really angry and he call me he said we're rushing to do it and the other pharmacitech told me to wait for another 15mins.With all of these disrespectful actions i went rushing to the customer service and was reported them on what happend when i came back there with one of the supervisor the pharmacist was apologizing on what he said coz i was about to cry with all those rudeness and frustrations i felt especially lookin on my daughter that needs medicine,and it ended up only 1 meds they can give me out of 2 and told me they dont have the other one,oh my goodness!with my whole life this is the worst experienced i've ever had in this pharmacy i went here last week because of again my daughters prescription and its missing one prescription  my daughters cough gets worsen coz cough meds Mucinex thats not the one in the over the counter but it should be the one in the pharmacy i forgot the whole name was missin, i ask another pharmacist he said the dr.send 4 prescription only instead of 5, i ask my dr.today he said he send out 5 goodness!!!.I've waited also for too long on that time but never complain and just patience but today is the worst and never do transaction on this pharmacy ever again,the worst experienced.

This pharmacy is staffed with a bunch of idiots. Cant get meds right, faxes dont go thru to them half the time and they pretty much are unhelpful when you have a question. I wish there was another pharmacy in walking distance of where I stay.

Terrible service, they never have the meds you need,and they treat you like a criminal when you bring your prescription to the window........Then again that may only happens to me.Maybe because of my skin color.
