"Christy" pharmacist technician/receptionist and "Park" the pharmacist were so rude and disrespectful over the phone. Not helpful at at all. I called to do a refill and Christy than told me  that my insurance wont cover it after I've been receiving the same medication through them for the 3 years now. Than I asked to speak with someone higher and she then said no and hung up. I called again than asked for the Pharmacist immediately and he was even rude about it as well. Definitely switching pharmacy!

I've gone in a few times recently and always had an unpleasant experience. Items on shelves were never organized. No one really knew where the items were when I'd ask for help. Anther time I was shopping online for a nightstand and it said that this Walmart has the item in stock. Not the case. I asked for help and they pointed in the direction where it should be if they had it. I asked if they could show me instead since I already walked around the furniture area three times. They searched around the same aisles and shrugged his shoulders saying, "I guess we don't have that".

Got a question? Well forget you have it. The only phone line for this huge store is always busy (no holds or voice prompts, just a busy tone), as if they abhor ever having to deal with customers. The phone line is just as unapproachable as the in store employees.
