Sent in a refill request, it promised me a date and time. Show up...they had to order it and they had not...so I had to make another trip to get it. Call...and it is still not filled. It is eye drops...it comes in a box, all you have to do is print the label and put it on the box. When confronted with the can you expedite this since you never ordered it question, I was informed that it was expedited and I will have to wait 20 mins. Chantell is especially rude and should not be working it the customer service industry. Will be looking into transferring this to a different location. I drive 30 mins out of the way to come here....Not everyone there is as rude as Chantell. Oh word of advice....don't ask to checkout there if you have more than 5 items.

I’ve unfortunately been here on three different occasions and all three occasions there has been nothing but unprofessionalism from the pharmacists here. I’ve had rude customer service, this pharmacy is so disorganized and chaotic they really need to make some changes. I don’t have a choice but to come to this one because it’s the only pharmacy that carry’s a specific generic brand I need but every single time I’m here my visit is very unpleasant
