My mother suffers from lupus. She went to the pharmacy yesterday, to be told her medication would be ready. After waiting for over an hour she's told that it won't be ready until tomorrow. She called them this morning and they said they were still working on it.she finally picks it up today, just to be publicly disgraced by the pharmacist at this location who she claims didn't want to give her the prescription discount. Cancer or lupus medications are expensive especially if you have to pay out of pocket. So our main concern was with the customer service part.but the customer experience was the worst.if I could I would give less than a star but I can't.
