My husband has been trying to get a prescription filled since February 28th after his surgery.  They told him they would have it by the 5th of March and he still can't get it from them.

Awful! I called simply to get some pricing and info about a medication and Susan could not have been more irritated that I had questions and she had to be on the phone with me and actually do her job. She said I would have to physically come up there with the prescription and she would not give any pricing over the phone. When I attempted to explain that we were cash pay and it did not need to be run through insurance  she spoke louder to make sure she talked over me to make it clear that she was STILL talking. Horrible customer service! No wonder they have bad reviews. They don't appear to like their jobs or care about helping customers.

They seem to always get my script filled on time. Not bad service for a Walmart.
