Had a prescription for phentermine 37.5, was told by pharmacist I need BMI on script. Checked with doctor and he said he never herd that. Checked with several pharmacist in the area they also said it wasn't a requirement. Looked up the law and it does not have that anywhere in the statements of the codes. Very disappointing to have to go visit another pharmacy because the pharmacist decided to makeup his own rules. Truly unprofessional and a bit discriminatory!

Wife had a foreign body in her eye...went to emergency room...they gave her a prescription..she took it to Publix on Sheridan street...they said it would take 5 hours to fill. She drove across the street to Walmart..they filled it in 15 minutes! Now that is called...Service!
