Customer service is poor. A shame to have persons in a position that is supposed to be helpful but it is obvious from their manners and actions they don't care at all. I will never visit this pharmacy again.

I called today around 7:00 pm to see if you carried over the counter ear drops by the name of Similassan? I asked the pharmacist if they carried it and she asked me, what mg.? I told her it was over the counter and she said with an unpleasant response, " I DON'T KNOW." I asked her nicely, " could you find out for me please?" She hesitated and said hold on. I waited for about 15 minutes no one ever came back. I hung up and called back the phone just rang never being answered. I hung up and called back again and told them I was holding on about the ear medicine, and she said, NO WE DON'T CARRY IT!" I proceeded to say, okay, thank you and God bless you, and have a Merry Christmas, and she had hung up. She was very rude and her vibes said it even through the phone. She had a I guess Jamacian accent, that's the only way I can describe her because she never greeted with her name or appreciation.
