After today I will never set another foot in a Walmart. I had Pharmacist Andrea argue with me in front of at least 15 people for a reoccurring issue in the most unprofessional and rude manner. She might be a long term employee with the Pharmacy but needs a coaching regarding her Customer service skills. I worked in Customer Service myself for 25+ years and never in a million years would I speak like that to a Customer. Not even if they would be wrong. 
Rule #1 The Customer is always right.
Rule #2 Never argue with a Customer.
Rule #3 If the Customer is wrong, follow rule #1
I will write a letter to the Corporate office, just to make sure this isn't gonna get swept under the rug.

Picked up a prescription for my mother and had excellent service from a young lady cashier. Fast, and friendly, pharmacist also pointed me in the right direction for some over the counter medicine! Thanks Walmart!

Went twice this week both times had to pay cash. Was told my insurance didn't cover my medication but turns out they don't have even an address for me. Never got asked for insurance info just charged me when I have full coverage n never should've had to pay a penny.

Horrible service. I don't even know why they bother to mention the text and phone call reminders. I checked in at 820 pm, they mentioned they would contact me in 30min as I continue shopping. Showed up at 910 to check myself and they were closed. They were still in the office yet refused to take care me.....that's what I get for relying on others. Back to roden smith I go.
