This pharmacy is very unprofessional and rude. Their demeanor is horrible and they treat you poorly. All I had was antibiotics for a cold, there was no greeting and he was looking at me like I had some kind of deformity or worse. They talk amongst themselves and not even serve the consumer. Overall so horrible and disappointing.

I have been calling around looking for my medication for hours. I have a legal prescription with a pre authorization. Nobody has it. Called this place and a tech tells me they have 4, in a bag but to hold on because he may have another box. Then the actual pharmicist answers, rudely interupts me and says they have zero. Lying to patients about having a medication? The tech said he was looking at a clear plastic bag with four in it. Magically dissapeared? No. They're lying because its a controlled substance. Its a medical emergency for me to not take my medication and yet, somehow 40 different pharmacies don't have it and not only that, this place can make it dissapear into thin air. I'm definitely calling the district manager.

Why is this the only pharmacy that takes 2-3 hours to fill a script. Then when u get there when they say it will be ready for pick up they are closed. People here don't care and are very dismissive. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to pay attention to me but they kept joking and laughing and talking among themselves. The only good thing about this place is most of the scripts are 4 bucks! Id rather driver to roseville to get my scripts filled cause it only takes half an hour tops and people care!!
