Absolutely horrible.
Always making me and my family wait for prescriptions. Sometimes I’ll be having to be somewhere soon, and will have to make the decision between getting medicine and being late, or being on time and having to get it the next day because they didn’t get the medicine filled in the amount of time they told me it would be filled and tell me I’ll have to wait another 15-20 minutes. Also rarely giving my parents their proper prescription amount and having to make another trip back to starkville for the rest of it. They are both elderly recovering cancer patients and we don’t really have the most gas efficient vehicle and live 40 miles away, so it really sucks to have to make the trip all the way back to starkville just because they couldn’t give them the rest of their medicine when they paid the full price for it. Starkville walmart pharmacy customers are treated like absolute dogshit, and several people we know including ourselves are treated like they are lesser people just because they don’t want to wait around all day when the pharmacists are the ones who messed up the order, and because they need their medicine just to make it through the day. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not go to the starkville walmart pharmacy. We are currently changing to Walgreens pharmacy as told by many others who switched from walmart is much much better, and doesn’t treat their customers horribly. We advise you to do the same.

This Walmart has always been my least favorite because most of the employees are rude and have no personalities whatsoever and the car service center is ridiculous. But I can say the Pharmacy has always been a great help, and Rochelle is a dedicated employee who went above and beyond to help me get my insurance straight!

Like most Walmarts. Lots of stuff in a variety of departments. Customer service is helpful most of the time. My experience with the car service personnel has been disappointing.
