If you're wanting to go somewhere that makes you wanna smash your head through a concrete wall, then I would highly recommend this place. WORST SERVICE EVER. Refilled a prescription DAYS before leaving on a trip and when I get there, THEY TELL ME WITH THEIR STUPID LITTLE SMILE THAT THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK. It's like they had the pleasure of messing up everything and screwing with my medication. Shouldn't they know that you don't mess up someone's prescription?!? They said they would call San Marcos and transfer the prescription so when I called the next day to check if it was available, THEY NEVER TRANSFERRED IT. I'm so angry that my insurance won't let me fill prescriptions with Target anymore because I leave with a throbbing headache every single time I talk to these people. For the love of God, just go across the street to H-E-B for your medication.

Good service! I see some other reviews don't have great things to say, but all I have to say is that the wait to be helped can be a bit long (they're a little understaffed) and they once didn't have the pill I needed until the next day. They're been pretty understanding and efficient otherwise, though, and fairly helpful with insurance questions, and super convenient while I'm out shopping for groceries anyways. I use them pretty exclusively.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. Out of pills half the time. Takes them forever to get prescriptions filled. Refuses to listen to you. Treats you like you are an idiot. Unless you will pick up all your prescriptions, they give you crap about we can't just fill one. You must pick them all up. Making a formal complaint with Walmart. I will never return to this pharmacy. Utterly worthless staff.

I bought some medicine yesterday paid $65.29 for 30 pills I just counted them and there was only 25! I suggest you count your pills in front of them believe me I'll be seeing them today!
