In the last year. I have had a few RX sent over via fax and phone from my Dr. Not one time have I ever shown up to pick up my RX and it be an easy transaction. I have always heard them say " we are sorry we didn't receive it" even when I have called to confirm it over the phone. They say yes we have it then I drive there and hear those famous words " we didn't receive it" the last two times they said I don't have insurance coverage but when I leave there and take my RX elsewhere all of a sudden I have insurance. This is the worst, most unorganized pharmacy I have ever done business with. On two different occasions I have had to cancel and reschedule a medical procedure because this pharmacy could not seem to pull it together to fill my RX. Never again will i do business at this pharmacy.
