This is my Third Times Visiting This Locations is Clean And Not Very Overcrowding.I Mean Compare to North Fort Myers or Colonial or Even 
Location in Lehigh,I Has to Said This is The Best Store of The Four.

I said I would give our new Wal-Mart Pharmacy a chance. I did. Service is much worst then any of our other local Pharmacies. All the Pharmacist are great, it's the hired help. that's where the problem is. You have one young girl that will not help any one that walks up to the counter, acts like she can't see you. You have a girl that works in the back, but will, once in a while come to the front counter to ask people if she can help them. Then you have a girl that has no idea why she is even there, every time you ask her a question she has to ask some one else for the answer. Here's the best part: When you bring in a prescription, they say it will be ready in 20 minutes, 20 minutes turns in to 40 minutes, some times an hour. Here's 2 more problems: They have my insurance info on record, THERE: They always quote your cost with OUT applying your insurance coverage. To top it off: The other afternoon I went to get a prescription filled, the girl tells me they are backed up, it may be over an hour before they can get to it, you may want to try another Pharmacy ! I told the girl, "I can certainly do that" . so we [me & my wife] did PERMANENTLY, and while I was telling the owner at K&M Drugs about the problem I had at Wal-Mart two people standing near by hears the conversation & said, & I quote, "You must be talking about Wal-Mart" To WM: U got a problem.
