Been dealing with Walmart Pharmacy for nearly 20 years, and it gets progressively worse after every RX. Definitely would not recommend.😣😣😣

The lady kathieS is bad with the people she give bad service in the farmacy yes only today i take the medicine this is my last day i need new farmacy . .😠😠😠😠😠

I'm not use to being unwell. I recently had a health issue. My Dr's office called in the Rx and told them I'd be right over to pick it up. it was ready 10min later when I showed up. Later when I needed a refill I used their automated call-in feature and it worked great. And I love that I get a text telling me when my Rx is ready and how much it will be.... I LOVE THAT! I ran into a problem with one of my meds, an ointment. my insurance insists that the tube should last 30days. that was impossible. when I ran out in just a few days the Pharmacist, Maria, went out of her way to troubleshoot this for me. No one asked her to do this. She just overheard my dilemma with the cashier and went to work on my behalf, calling my Dr to ask if they could prescribe another medication, etc. I'm amazed to experience such service from a Walmart pharmacy. Seriously, I was in bad shape, and I needed someone to give a darn. In this day, kindness is still the best medicine and Maria served it up on a platter for me. I'm grateful for the great service.

WORST pharmacy and "service" EVER. Gave them several chances, each time was horrible. This last time I went and dropped off my prescription, they said 1/2 hour. 40 minutes later I go back and wait in line ask them about it and they said a little bit longer. I wait 15 minutes go back through the line same thing. Feeling horrible, sick and in pain, 1/2 hour later go back through the line and ask, get get I'm not sure, I said, how about you ask one of the 3 people working on prescriptions for me. He did Nothing so I yelled back to them, one came up looked me up and said, "oh we don't have that in". NO JOKE. sick and in pain, asked about my prescription 3x over 2 hours for them to say tomorrow by noon. IDIOTS, who don't care have no accountability or customer service. Switched my prescriptions to local grocery store, cheaper, faster nicer.
