Takes forever to get your prescription filled after they tell you 20 mins, you go back oh its another 20 mins then that turns into 2 -3 hours later.my final straw I was waiting in store for my prescription prepared for the wait,they sent me text message saying it was ready. I went up there and it wasn't . I asked why did you say it was ready when it wasn't,  I was informed that those messages are automatic, I told them that makes zero sense. I then ask for my prescription back, they wouldn't give it back because it was supposedly in process, got the pharmacist involved hadn't been started,gave me my prescription back,went to smiths in Brigham and have never had a problem and when they say a time its really on time.

We have had nothing but issues here. They are slow (it will be 10 min.. And 2 hours later it's still not filled) and when you try and switch they will claim you cannot get a refill. 
This causes you to have to take the prescription elsewhere and have them see that their tech "just missed it".
Even if you have to drive further to another pharmacy, I highly recommend it as you will still save yourself time, and stress, from dealing with them.
