Everyone there was super nice and friendly except for that 1 black girl, Kyra, might be her name. She couldn't operate 1 of the machines in the back when I was being examined, got frustrated and left. She argued and gave me an attitude a week later when I came back to pick up my glasses. "Why are you here?" she kept asking. Because I had an appointment and they called me the day before to confirm I told her, but she kept on arguing they didn't call me. Then she kept goofing off with a co-worker while I'm sitting right there at her station. At one point, she ignored everyone waiting there for 20 minutes just to go devour a melon off to the side where we could still see her and came back with those little seeds on her shirt. She couldn't even tighten the screw well enough on my glasses that the lens fell out. Had to buy that mini screw and do it myself. I get angry every time I hold my glasses now. Totally unprofessional and 100% incompetent. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT let her assist you in ANY way. Demand someone else there help you out. Even while I was purchasing contact lenses at the register, such attitude she gave. And it wasn't just me, other customers as well. Horrible encounter. Never going back there.
