I'll be the first to say that normally I can understand why customer service might be on the poor side. However, of the handful of times I have used the pharmacy, the customer service was not only poor but borderline unprofessional. They treat their customers poorly and get away with it because they're cheap, so people who are on a limited income are forced to come in. If you can afford it, go to Kessler's or State Street Pharmacy. You'll receive much better customer service in a much more reasonable time.
