I ordered 4 5×7 glossy prints. I never received my order confirmation and so I called Walmart four days after the initial pickup date to check on the status, and I was told my order was in fact in the store. I drive over only to have the male representative tell me my order wasn't there and he moved on to the next customer. I prepaid for this order. To tell me it isn't there and then leave me standing there pisses me off. When the female representative came and found my order, it was after I left the store that  I saw the prints we're completely wrong. Lesson learned, I will not be returning to this location to print pictures. It shouldn't be this complicated.
