Normally Walmart is pretty good and the prices are great. In the last week though, their customer service went to trash. I saw that they had the new SNES classic consoles claiming they were in stock on the Walmart app for the Logan store. When I asked if they had any the employees just quickly said they were out of stock. They would not check the back or the computer system for me even when I asked. I understand they might be busy, but how hard is it to just check the back real fast? Very disappointing.

I've been going to this Walmart for almost 4 years now. When I first started coming it was usually really dirty and messy and not well put together. But over the four years they've gotten a lot better. They obviously still have some work to do but it's not as bad as it used to be. Most of the time I get nice people at check out.

Ordered tires online. Got a notice they are here, so came in to have them installed. They won't allow an appointment. Came in and they said it would be two hours. An hour later they called to say they don't have the service pack, so we need to go buy them instead. Three hours later we're still waiting. Don't you think they should check all that before saying they can install the tires. ...? Not happy.

Normally I love Walmart, but today I had to wait 10 minutes at pick up, gave up and did the rest of my shopping. there was no one servicing the dressing room, rang the service bell, when no one came I helped myself to a dressing room. Tried on 2 items at a time and checked back to see if someone was there, tried all my items on and finally someone asked if she could help and I said no, I just helped myself to a dressing room. When I check out my items, there was a long line, as always. Went back to the pick up area and logged back in... Waited 5 more minutes, went to service counter to see if someone there could help me...that line was long helping people with money orders, so I went back and found s random employee with a headset who paged for one to come to pick up area..... I waited there 3 more minutes and someone finally came to help me get my $ 2.97 item. Such a waste of time....most of my order had been shipped to my home, very promptly, but this one item was a pickup only... Such a waste..I would have been better off to just cancel that one item and just pick it up myself. Employees are very friendly but are by no means in any hurry. Seem to just take their own sweet time.

Went here to buy ammo. There were three employees behind the gun counter. I walk up and am greeted by one, another stands there, the third is with a customer. I’m invited to view the ammo and when I’m ready I’m instructed to let the other employee know. 30 seconds later they both walk off and the last employee has been busy doing paper work with another customer. I waited five minutes for one of the employees to come back and open the case and sell me ammo. Got tired of waiting so I drove next door and bought ammo and Sportsman’s Warehouse. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon. Can get ammo at Al’s or Sportsman’s, live next to smith and Maceys for groceries. Next time you tell a customer you will help them when they are ready don’t walk off.
