The staff at this store are amazing!! Had a very difficult day and anything that could go wrong on this particular transaction did, but then 2 CSMs stepped in and went way above and beyond to help get it taken care of. I was super impressed and extremely grateful for their friendliness and willingness to help sort it all out. Thank you Nancy and Isabel, you two are truly amazing ladies!!

Driving back to Canada after 3 week vacation in the States and ran into a snowstorm. Walmart welcomed us to stay in the parking lot with our rv. During our shopping we were impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. As well, the restroom was spotless!

Some staff are great, others not so much. Least enjoyable experience is with the electronics department. I also had an experience with one of their loss prevention staff. Being accused of stealing all because I went to the cosmetics and to the back, and when came time to check out, I had to grab another Snickers bar so the scanner could read it... I even had help from an employee that was helping me find the item I was looking for in the cosmetics isle. Just trying to find help is very slim to none. But I do enjoy shopping here.

Did great until we were ready to check out. Husband had to go to a specific register for some electronics. I had to try to find a register with a short line due to a cranky toddler. There was only 5 cashiered registers open and more than 3 customers per line. I understand that cashiers called off, but somebody should have been called in to make up for the missing cashiers.

Hotel is very run down and disgusting same owners for the last 15 years haven't done anything with it except for cosmetic by cluttering the rooms and tearing up the hotel. Front desk clerk is out of town great guy best part of the experience. Toilet was disgusting floor with stained hair in tub rooms are really really cluttered AC heating unit needs to be cleaned doors are loose. The treadmill in exercise room is broke staff is none and there is very little hot water not even hot and almost no water pressure not worth the price you're paying.
