My wife's purse was taken out of my car floor board by the a Walmart employee gathering buggies at night the head security officer refused to released the security video to the police officer that night.I had to get a court order to get it .The security offer said the tape was accidentally was erased the day before. The tape was blank.the police officer said after looking at other videos in their security room their would be no way to catch the employee.Because all the outside camera's that are their for your protection were so fuzzy and half of them didn't work at all . The officer was told their only for looks to help lower crime at their store. Only the inside camera's work properly. The employee was fired they said for other reasons .

The cashier was nice. She was friendly and worked quickly. We moved rather quickly in line so the wait want that long, and the site was very busy at that time. My only complaint is that it's always hard to find an associate to help you in many of the departments.

We bought a television last night which worked fine. This morning there is a hardware issue according to manufacturer. We called ahead to have one brought upfront since it's a 55 inch television. Even though I told the manager on the phone there is a whole stack in the midway. She brought up box that's all tore up saying it's the last one, NO it's not still a whole stack in midway. And btw according to the person who helped up last night they had a bunch in back and went to thw third one to get one that the box wasn't tore up on because of messed up boxes in back. But FACT is there is a stack in the midway!! Hope this television works or you'll get it back and we will go somewhere else since your managers choose to try to LIE to customers even when customers already told them the FACTS!!

Extremely excited about Walmarts new Mobile Express Scan & Go! You can download the Scan & Go app to your mobile device or use the portable wand provided at the kiosk located at the front of the store. Scan the items as you shop. Once finished check out in the Mobile Express Lane. Select Finish on your device, then scan the QR/Barcode on the check out screen. In seconds your items transfer to the register. Select your payment option to complete purchase, prints your receipt and Done! Bags are provided for you to use if wanted. An associate is also standing by if you have any questions or concerns. This was my first time using Scan & Go and I'm in LOVE! Super easy to use, no waiting in line, and it took no more than 45 seconds for it to complete my transaction from start to finish. No stress, no waiting, no errors. BEST OF ALL, I WAS ABLE TO VIEW AND KEEP TRACK OF THE AMOUNT AS I SHOPPED AND KNEW WHAT MY TOTAL BEFORE CHECKING OUT!!!! (No more worrying/wondering what the balance would be or if you had enough to cover. If needed, removing items from your scanner is just as easy.) Staff is friendly, as always. Everyone Is On Point 👏👍 Welcome To The Future! I for one, am Absolutely Thrilled! I use to dread shopping and waiting for what seemed like hours. Now I can't wait for my next visit!!!!!!!!
