When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

Love love love Grocery pickup! My service has been fantastic. The last two employees, (William and James) were wonderful. They made no mistakes on my my order.....informed me about my product substitutions and loaded a ton of groceries. They were funny, polite and efficient. They make Grocery pickup even better. Best idea Wal-Mart has!

I typically despise going to Walmart anymore because it is so much easier to just shop on Amazon and not have to deal with lines or rude employees. However, I was pleasantly surprised today while shopping with my wife and son. I had not one, but three employees go out of their way to help us and ask if we needed help finding what we were looking for. One guy was probably better than 30 feet away from us when he saw us looking around and walked over to ask us if we needed help finding something. This is what Walmart used to be like, and it is why I always enjoyed shopping there in the past. Hopefully they can keep it up long term and return to their roots like when Sam Walton was around.

The Automotive Center at the Southridge, WV store really sucks we waited 3 hours for an oil change and only had 4 cars ahead of us and 40 minutes of the 3 hours was spent waiting for a manager to come do a quality check on my son's truck to verify that they put oil in it...I just to get my oil and tires at Walmart but after this experience I will not be going back to there again...my son even asked to speak to the manager but she did not come out to talk to him...Walmart has lost 2 customers as of 1/12/18..... Seriously......Louliza Wills Charleston, WV

Automotive: has good prices but overworked mgr cashier. Mechanics take their sweet time. Wish Jiffy-Lube or Midas existed. Maybe not welcome to compete? Cashiers: Never enough though plenty of lanes. A lot of them won't help load cart and expect customers to help them!?! Smoking isle only had 2 cashierstwice in over 4 year's & 1 HAS to go there if wanting cessation products. Most times there are 4/5 "Mgrs" or employees standing around talking at little Mgr. Stand. Once a cashier needed help and he says, sorry I'm busy! He was talking to a customer socially! She had to take an item to customer service because I received incorrect item & cannot swap & pay difference! Usually Returns/Customer service/ counter is packed! I told that Mgr. off a bit without demeaning verbs or profanity. Major problems w/person who stocks this counter & mgrs say they'll talk 2 her, "she's not in" according 2 them & is not their dept.? I've said, "your a mgr arnt you? " & her mgr never exists. If an item is consistently running out I do not understand why it doesn't have consistently more inventory. When stock counted in;when purchased-counted out; when down to 3, order more;when arrive, stock it b4 inventory runs out! I used 2 have to do inventory & we didn't have computers then. I consistently placed stock where it belongs, ordered more MANUALLY when stock was low, manually counted in/out & compared flow. Staff:constantly have 2 hunt for help & get "not my area" from employees in that area! People 4 different depts need versed a bit in their surrounding areas so that there is overlap when the ONE employee per dept (except electronics) is busy we can get some assistance. This place is so busy it is hard 2 shop & wait 4 help of you need it. I cannot stand in line &long. Carts r not plugged in after use ("not my job or care" mentality of most). Many are broken by over load of past weight limit customers. Need cleaned &then plugged in after every use. Many of the extra heavy customers are nasty & I cannot wipe down the whole thing with sanitary wipes; as I said I am disabled & not from morbid obesity I truly CANNOT CLEAN FILTHY ELECTRIC CARTS. Other ratings are correct about bathrooms & the self check outs!!!!! The machines are always a problem because the placement of an item in the bag MUST occur. This is the major issue & the ONE employee there to help is busy always & had bad attitude; maybe BECAUSE we're always frustrated at the machines? U NEED TO FIX THE SELF CHECK OUTS & PERHAPS TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM GROCERY STORES? THERE, IT'S NOT REQUIRED THAT THE COMPUTER FEELS THE ITEM IN THE BAG. I get prevent theft but in that effort u cause us 2 not want 2 use it nor do the staff like the job there. We need self check out because u rarely have 2 cashiers @ the double registers very short conveyor belts! Might as well go back 2 longer conveyors so we can unload our carts faster w/bager at end of isle. It IS MUCH BETTER @Krogers &most grocery stores! U have baggers/Car helpers if needed/fill bag supplys/RUNNERS 2 replace leaking/broken items from cart.We have2 go2 cust.service, get a replacement ourselves & stand in the ridiculously long, benches filled with kids, carts filled w/ restocking items, in the way, MESS OF INSANITY @cust serv!!! Luv prices, hate service! Did p/u,line formed behind me w/8 carts! Thankful I was first! Cashiers there r nice but they have 2 go get stuff & cannot use register while doing so. Photo/copiers r behind them? Cannot have 2 ringing up & 2 runners? I guess its slow in pickup somex's as many r ignorant of its usage so u give these cashiers another duty?I've ideas for add'l tasks when pickup is slow!I do not like retail because of these issues & corp. not caring that regular employees have ideas. They should have meetings monthly& post ideas on a portal. If enough agree or like an idea maybe corporate should listen? So, I do not c Walmart responding or monitoring this rating site but it should!

Just two words, animal abuse. I have NEVER been to a place with fish in such bad conditions. The tanks had dead fish in them, they were dirty, & extremely overcrowded. We removed as many as five dead fish from ONE TANK. The fish looked ill & seemed as if they hadn’t been fed in awhile. Like I said, this is ANIMAL ABUSE & I truly hope no one buys fish from this business.
