Being out of town we had a great visit the store was well stocked and very clean. The associates we're all very friendly and helpful. We found some nice souvenirs also. Great location with a nice parking lot. Plenty of vendors inside also quick check out and all items were priced

I got a water dispenser for Christmas that came with a coupon for a free 5 gallon jug of water. Went to customer service with the coupon they said I needed the receipt so they can return it and ring it up at time of purchase. The coupon nor the sales woman said that while we purchased but we obliged anyway. Went to the car and got the receipt. Now we need the physical box because the camera is going to look like we’re stealing. I have a RECEIPT. Item number is the same. What if I threw the box away? Would my receipt not serve as sufficient validity? So I went home grabbed the box and I’m coming back to the store and the clerks have an attitude the entire time like I’m inconveniencing them...at their job.

Very clean and well kept, but trying to get help was almost impossible. We needed help in sporting goods, first person I came across was by electronics. She was absolutely useless and didn’t want to help, I headed toward the automotive department, they supposedly called someone who never showed up. A third employee was just as helpful in the fact she didn’t care about the fact we needed help. Finally, after almost 20 minutes, someone showed up. What should have taken 2 minutes took much longer because the employees here don’t want to help

They had this yogurt that I can't find in my neighborhood anymore. The store security answers promptly. Well stocked shelves and helpful, friendly staff. Must be the Southern charm

Only 2 lines open at night, 1 of which is "speedy checkout"...each line 10 carts deep and Wal-Mart employees walking around & sweeping! Why isn't customer service here a priority??? Call the store and the phone call isn't ever answered! No one bothers to pickup the phone! Very disgusted
