I had a very unpleasant experience with customers service with a manager named Jessica and associate Vanessa. All I came in there was to exchange a heater fan I bought to keep warm in the winter nights that happen to stop working. I wanted one that worked is all and since the heater was on clearance and was 2.50 verse 10.00 which I paid for. They said I had to pay the difference for a new one. Because I didn't have no receipt. why must I have to argue for something that the manager could of easily exchanged for us. I work in retail and I'm a manager as well and I try go the extra mile for my custmoser. Sad that you can't find the same in such a big and successful store like Walmart. Very disappointed With Walmart and there service.

Great spot for picking up the necessities you need when you’re visiting as a tourist. As a bonus, there is an enormous Disney section with very reasonable priced items. This is a very big Walmart (coming from someone from Canada at least) so it can be a bit daunting to find your way around. The lineups were huge but the self checkout ended up moving fairly quickly.

I did not write this based on customer service. While I was here I didn't actually speak to anyone that worked in the store. My reason for rating was solely as a tourist at the time. This is the only location where I was able to find Disney items at a bargain value. All of the souvenir shops in the local area seemed to have deals when you look at their advertisements, but once inside the stores you would see the pricing was crazy! I would end up finding the same items that I found here at Walmart a lot cheaper in those stores for at least $5 or more added to the price. So if you're visiting the area I would suggest to do your silver near shopping at Walmart. If anyone else has a better option as far as pricing for Sylvan ears and vacationers please list them below thank you.

I understand it's normally warm here. However it was 40 degrees outside and they didn't even have a toddler girls sweater or jacket. Not even a sweater for Easter. They filled empty shelves with incorrect products that are priced much higher than the prices on the shelf. It's fairly slow to check out. I don't know about their normal days of operation as I'm from out of town. But compared to Chicagoland? This is slow and slightly low on baby products.

Rude and unprofessional customer service manager Jessica. Would not assist customer or cashier with a return. Said she was busy and stood six feet away and literally did nothing but talk to other store employees outside of the customer service area. Staring at the customer off and on with others around her laughing and speaking loud in Spanish. It was very, very unprofessional let alone the terrible example she set for the other staff. The poor cashier did her best in situation. I have never witnessed such openly rude behavior from a store manager, especially at a Walmart.
