Very bad customer service. Employees are rude to customers and don't know how to serve us! Carts are left in the middle of the parking lot, and employees roll their eyes at us. I hated my experience in this Walmart. Hasn't happened once but multiple times. Almost every single time I go it is the same.

Usually, I come to walmart for groceries and other goods and it's great. I think car service is not bad, but it would be better if certain people did their job instead of talking to their buddies while working. I came to their car service so they could check why my tire was losing air since it had no signs of a hole. I waited two hours just to find the mechanic drinking coffee and waiting for who knows what. He saw me and stopped what he was doing. He then said that he didn't find anything and to come again to check it. I don't think of getting car service from walmart in a while. I just wasted my time.

My brother bought a car battery 2 years ago somehow the battery post was broken/loose and exposed the contents inside the battery When he took the battery back to Walmart they refused the 5 year warranty it had they told him as long as it holds a charge we cannot accept the battery.... WoW!! Can you imagine the lawsuit if my brother would have gotten burned after they refused....and knowing it had a warranty.... still he bought a new battery cause he just started a new job and couldn't afford a break down on the car...What you all think about that type of service🤔
