This Walmart looks like it would be a promising Walmart from the outside... but when you walk inside it’s a whole other story! A lot of the fellow shoppers at this Walmart are RUDE, inappropriate, & NASTY.. THE LACK OF MANNERS & PURE HUMANITY is saddening. But the absolute WORST part about this Walmart is that I’ve experienced so many TERRIBLE employees who have rude attitudes and ZERO customer service and ZERO manners & are constantly throwing dirty looks. The American Customer Satisfaction Index states that the overall customer satisfaction at Walmart stores was 80% last year.... I’ll tell you first hand that at this Walmart I’m NOT 80% satisfied as a customer with your employees. I work in guest experience & guest service & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS WHAT I LIVE FOR. I’ve been coming this this Walmart for 2 months now and I’ve decided I’ll NEVER come back to this Walmart simply because the few (3 to be exact) workers who aren’t unpleasant aren’t going to keep me shopping here. The ONLY GOOD thing about this Walmart Supercenter are the prices. I’ll find a new store, it’s all about quality of service. And this Walmart doesn’t have it.

Never enough cashiers and can't even get out of the car without someone begging for money. They need more security in the parking lot. On one visit they had shirts on sale for three dollars, cashier told me I couldn't get them for that price cause the original tag said five dollars. Gold vest called over was rude. My son took her to the rack where the shirts were and she told him it was wrong. We finally had to call a manager over who actually scanned the shirt in and it rang in for three dollars.

Walmart almost always it is the same. Good merchandise, nice prices. The brand they represent (great value) have a very good products; really good on flavor. This store it's in a very nice location. Fantastic parking area.

Worst customer service ever. First time at this store. Just wanted batteries for car remote. Couldn't find in electronics and looked for employee for help. Couldn't find employee so I asked employee in different department to call for assistance. I was amazed at how slow ALL employees here moved. They move like they no worries in the world. And they wonder why they get minimum pay. I guess thats to be expected at Orlando's Walmart in the GHETTO. I informed one of the so called manager's working the customer service counter about the service at this store and she said she would call for service at that department . By that time I was already behind schedule so I had to leave empty handed. Thank god Im not a regular Walmart customer and when I must go there its not at OBT (GHETTO ) location .

Asked for assistance four times to the cologne case. Waited 20 minutes for her to come. Then she got a smart mouth about we didn't ask for assistance correctly. Her name is Cynthia. Went to self check out and the register was so slow, kept saying put item in bag( it was in). Worst Walmart ever.
