No regard for customers' time. Need more people working. Need more registers open and need to have self checkouts open. Ridiculous lines in the night and early mornings. It feels as though the customers are an inconvenience to stockers. Also, restrooms need to be cleaned and maintained and that is all day, every. Then too, there was a McDonald's cup on a shelf on the Easter aisle again tonight; saw it there yesterday.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to! The employees are so rude! The store manager is really sweet and helpful. But this place needs to fire whoever does the hiring!!!

We avoid it at all costs. Sometimes we settle for not having something because the only place to get it is this Wal-Mart. It's almost always packed. Every department seems to carry only half of what a normal Wal-Mart stocks. Even the McDonald's is a partial menu. The staff is helpful, but then they have this anti loss policy of looking over your receipts before you exit like you're a thief. Finally, if you are trying to get out of the parking lot the easiest way is to move to Savannah so you don't have to turn left. The most dangerous intersection I've encountered in Beaufort.

Poor customer service, long waits at the pharmacy (although it is the cheapest in town), perpetually long register lines. Self-checkouts should have a limit for items. The lawn and garden is rather impressive for prices much lower than Lowes across the street. The buy-online and pick up in the store feature is archaic. Some times stuff is up front, sometimes in the back. Long waits for this. I've stopped using this feature. I haven't tried the grocery delivery/ship yet,.

Shelves are empty and prices are not labeled on a lot of items. There are a lot of scan and go counters which is great for some people but if Wal-Mart expects people to scan and bag their own items then they need to lower their prices to compensate for people doing it themselves.
