Today's visit was great. Till I got home and went to enter my receipt on Savings Catcher and noticed that the lady checking me out forgot to deduct my coupons. I had a good $5 off there. I watch my money and stretch it by couponing, not overboard like 25 pkg of toothpaste, but just saving where I can when I shop. Just a lil disappointed today.

Sadly it is one of the few places to go to in Storm Lake. I am pretty sure that Walmart in general has a policy for workers to say hello and ask if you need any help if they are within 10 feet of a customer. Is that still a thing? Because if it is, you would never know it from visiting this one. I have never once had an employee ask if I needed help with anything, even if they are right next to me. Some of the workers also really seem to have a stick in their butt with how angry they always seem, and how unhelpful they can be when you actually ask for help. Don't even get me started on the in store pickup at this location. It's such a joke. Most of the time they don't have the item ready hours after you get the notification that it is ready to be picked up, and you get the pleasure of waiting another half an hour while they "look" for it. As for taking to management about the issues, they are about as helpful as the regular workers on the floor. Seriously, if there were more options here I would never visit this store. Too bad they ran out most of the good businesses.

What do you expect from a Walmart? It's like every other Walmart but some of the staff can be pretty rude
