What do you want to know? It's a Walmart like any other. The same palpable hatred employees have for their jobs is here too. And i don't blame them. Managers and administration have a superiority complex. I mean, it's a Walmart. If I had a better option I probably wouldn't shop here as much.

I called this Walmart to check for tires which they confirmed were there and that the garage was open til 8. I drove an hour to get there and was turned around at 630 because they couldn't see me. Came back the next day and confirmed the price for the 3rd time with the lady working and after 2 hours got my car and found out the tires were $15 more per tire because they charged for mounting ando disposal. Not only did not one person tell me that which would have changed my mind about going there but NO tire shop in the history of tire shops charges for mounting or disposal when purchasing 4 new tires. In addition I watched as these employees treated 4 of 5 customers like theives checking bags and receipts for everyone leaving the store. I've never been so irritated in my life.

My visit was good until I went to check out at the registers. The checkout yourself lines were closed temporarily. So I proceed to the registers that were open which there were only 3 open. It would have been ok but each register had 15 to 20 people in line waiting to check out. Head cashier just walking and doing nothing. After waiting 10 minutes in line, I called the store and Suzie awnsered the phone and I gave her my name and told her she needs to get some registers open. She said do you want to speak to the manager, I said no just call the manager up to run the registers and how about the head or lead cashier up to run, I also told her I had Frozen items in my cart. Then I told her thank you. I stood there and the other customers said to me they should have called. Two minutes later a floor person opens up, while the head cashier closes one of the 3 registers open. I started to get mad again when I seen a manager open then another cashier, then the head cashier finally opened, and another cashier, which I jumped over to check out with 8 people following me. Where I work we have a rule no more than 3 people in line. Then you call for help, which If I we're lead of front registers I just would not stand looking I would be calling for backup or run the register myself and if the lines still continue get the Manager up front. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Just like everyone else I spend a lot of my hard earned money not just 1 time a week but 3 or more times a week. I understand retail because I have been working retail for over 36 years. So this really frustrates me when I go shopping and it's not even the busy season. Open your eyes and watch your lines and everything will be fine! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its becoming more difficult to find what im shopping for. Either the supplies arent stocked on the shelves or they dont have the usual stocked items at all. It is no longer a 1 stop shop. I am now shopping other stores to fill my grocery list.

Well, again I had to bring a small cart from the outside to shop with. Still no Coffee-mate in the creamer case, but plenty of French vanilla and hazel nut!. Brought these concerns to the manager one Saturday and all he did was get smart with me. I shop there less and less, and I'm not alone. Plenty of ppl I know hate shopping there.
