Everyone knows what Walmart is, but this Walmart deserves special recognition because the staff here are the friendliest and most helpful out of any Walmart I have been to. Each time my wife and I have needed to ask an associate for help, they have been helpful and didn't make us feel bad about taking them away from their work. Well done, guys!

The Pullman store has the worst customer service. When you need help it's almost impossible to find an employee. Then when you find someone they say "oh that's not my department. Let me find someone to help you." Then they walk away while you stand there waiting. The other day I called to see what time the picture department was open until. The girl on the phone said "10 oh wait 9. Yeah 9." Then when I got there at 8:15 they were closed. I really don't expect much from any Walmart employee, but every time I go to Pullman Walmart I regret it. I would rather spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

Typical Walmart. Nice bathrooms in front of store with flowers and hand sanitizer. Recent remodel introduced a really ugly black and white signage and a DRAMATIC reduction in the number of products. Recently shelves have been stocked pretty well.

I worked in deli and was forced to work sick in the deli or loos my job. This just got the rest of the deli sick and is totally agenced the law in food areas. And the store maniger dusnt seem to care about his imployes.
