Since adding the two sections of self checkout places comma that improved the store considerably! In the past there are always long lines, but now it's easy to get in and out really quickly. We use the pharmacy which has an extremely friendly staff period they actually remember you and will talk to you on the phone if you need a question answered. Sometimes their lines are a little too long in the pharmacy but other than that the rest of the store is fantastic and always offers a huge selection of items. As far as cleanliness for the most part I would say it is always very clean. I've never seen anything that would put me off from going there.

The selection of products is pretty good compared to other local Walmart's but the employees act like they can't be bothered with helping you. The "greeters" at the front of the store never actually greet you, They only ever talk to you if you are headed out of the store to check the receipt, and if you have any questions about where something is 99 percent of the time they just say "I don't know" and point you to another employee who also has no idea about anything. At one point I asked an employee to check in the back for something they were out of on the shelf and he literally just walked back there and stood around for 10 minutes and came out to say no he couldn't find it.

Good location,  right off the interstate.  Near hotels, restaurants, local site seeing. Nice view and allows overnight parking for travelers with R.Vs or semi trucks. LOTS OF POLICE ACTIVITY DUE TO SHOPLIFTING AND PANHANDLERS

Nice Wal-Mart. It's neat, clean and organized. I stepped in some water and told the manager. He got it up himself. He didn't order an employee to do it. It's great to see a person who doesn't think they're too high in management to do something that they could've easily had someone under them to do. I don't even live here. I was passing thru.

Automated checkout lanes at two entrances make quick in and out Wal-Mart shopping in Chattanooga actually possible most of the day. Staff is very cordial and upbeat, managers solve problems very quickly and thoroughly. Not huge on big box stores, but I like shopping here and employees seem pretty well rested and happy when they greet you.
