We get most of our produce from this store. It's always fresh and lasts. This is a large, clean store that is well stocked. The parking lot is always packed. Bathrooms are generally clean. Sometimes long lines at check out.

Got everything you need under one roof at reasonable prices. Manager was rude to my child for walking on wet floor. Think he could have handled the situation without making my son cry. Get a new manager and I will gladly give you five stars!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced when it comes to returns. I returned a speaker box, with receipt, purchased 2 days prior. Long story short, I bought a car with wires for a stereo system already in. Try as I could, I couldn't get the speaker to work for my car without draining the battery. No big deal, Walmart has amazing return policies, props for that.

So I returned the speaker. The clerk at the return desk was obviously untrained, she seemed new, no big deal, right? I honestly haven't had a problem with Walmart returns before. Well the return was processed, it printed out three sheets of paper, the clerk was very confused, me too as well, it's only supposed to print out 1 showing the refund... Right?

Now here's the clincher. The next day my online bank statement shows a refund, and a reversal. They got my speaker and got my money. I thought this would be a quick fix, I was completely wrong. I spent 1 1/2 hours at Walmart trying to get this issue resolved.

It took two managers, telling me I'd have to come back in the morning, to get the issue resolved, because, no one else was apparently trained how to go through the system to fix this sort of problem. The only person that could would be there in the morning. That is absolutely unacceptable after waiting in line for 20-30 minutes, when they only had 1 customer service clerk in the first place at the time.

By a sheer stroke of luck, that one person, in the entire store, who knew how to fix it, was literally shopping for groceries 2 registers away from the customer service desk where an untrained manager found her. I give her amazing praise and credit for fixing the issue, most likely working off the clock, uncompensated. It took her an additional 20-30 minutes to go through the system and find the error. All in all 1.5 hours of wasted time.

I love this Walmart and it's the only place I shop for groceries, but never, ever, ever, should a manager, especially two, tell you to come back the next day to get your issue resolved.

Can get almost everything I need for living.  Staff is somewhat attentive. But the prices are great!!! :-)

The employees the Associates on the floors will help you very very generously, that is if you can find one. They work hard... However Walmart needs to pay attention to hiring more employees to keep satisfied customers.
