I went to this location 7/25/2017 because my car wouldn't start so I got it jumped and went to this Walmart because my battery was under warranty. I got there without my receipt and the workers said they won't be able to do anything until one of the Manager arrives from the front to do an override. They couldn't even pull it out to simply check my battery. Instead I got a comment from one of the workers "Is your alternator okay I go yea there are no issues I got my check up done at Lexus" then he proceeds to say I used to work for Toyota for 12 years I would know. All the workers said they had called the Manager but in reality it was a made up story because when the Manager came an HOUR and TWENTY FIVE Minutes later she said "no one called me to come back here". I had a feelings this was all fishy. What should have taken 15 minutes took about 1 hour 25 minutes. I can say that Earl(Automotive representative) and Angie(Manager) were really helpful, they didn't give me the run around like the other workers did. Angie by far was really sorry for what happened and got the job done right then and there. Praises to her for that, thank you. Earl stepped up when the rest didn't and installed my battery, thank you. All in All I am taking this further because I assure you I have never gotten this kind of treatment anywhere. Thank you for the ones who helped No thank you for the ones who didn't. I will never return to this location.

Changing my review as of 7/12/2017.... The store is now clean, the aisles are not congested like before and it looks like a well kept Walmart instead of a trashy one...... They are keeping the Parking Lot clean Registers are open at appropriate rush hour times The wait in line has gone down Employees are helpful and ask if you need help, you can find them now because they wear a vest!!! I was shocked when I went back in to give them another chance... If they keep this up I may just have to continue visiting and shopping... I still would not buy the fruit or fresh vegetables... they mold after 2 days usually even after you wash them.

I went to this Location after going to walmart on Red Bank Rd and dealing with the most bazaar prejudice managers. The people at this Ferguson location are friendly, lady welcoming people coming at the door has the attitude that just makes your day feel better and welcoming. Even on the way out she accurately checked receipt as her job entails so she's giving an assurance of safety to customer while also protecting walmart assets. Which is nice to see!!!

There's an older woman who works there who is absolutely horrible! When my sister and I were little girls, and had bought some Barbie doll clothes, we went into the bathroom AFTER paying for them(before renovation, this was 23 years ago!) to put them on our dolls, and she came in and started claiming we had stolen actual clothes and was putting them on! Well, that SAME woman still works there, and as I was leaving the other day, I smiled and "goodbye" well she stopped me and told me I couldn't take the rider kart I use because despite my younger age and even younger appearence, and have a baby, I have arthritis that gets quite flared when I walk too much...but I CAN walk, just I need the chair so I'm not in pain for the rest of the day! Anyway, She Sid "You can't take that outside" I said "Well how am I supposed to get my bags to the car?" (I'm sure if she wasn't JUDGING me, she wouldn't have said anything!!) I told her I would bring it right back after unloading, and she responded "If you're driving that, you shouldn't be able to walk!" Irritated, I said " I have arthritis!" And drove out anyway because of being judged. After I unloaded and drove it back to return it, she ran out and said "Get up! I got it! Someone actually NEEDS it!" And practically snatched it away from me and drove it in...SO VERY RUDE !! She don't know me, or my conditions, she shouldn't be talking to me like that. Another issue is the appalling horrid conditions of those poor goldfish!!! These fish deserve this disgusting treatment even less than I deserve to be judged!!! Horrible horrible horrible. 😠 P.S. they are not grouping, they are DEAD

Typical Wally's. You get what you need. But not lots of help. As is the case with many Wal-Marts, it is pretty much self service.
