I do not expect much from Walmart, but this was awful. They were doing inventory and wanted to be open which meant lots of shoppers and only three lanes open aside from the self checkout. Walmart is relying on the self checkout as a payroll saver. But when you make billions in profit, why skimp on have your lanes fully operational so you can have happy customers a check out. Maybe they just do not care.

Seeing good improvements at this location. I can see improvements from top down. I had the privilege of having a short conversation with Dan, the store manager. I complimented him in the improvements I've noticed recently. I couldn't respond visit the survey due to the fact that one of my son's is a assistant mgr. at the North Lakeland store, but has never worked the Lake Wales Wal-Mart. One time this was my least favorite, now it's near the top of the list.

Im not very pleased I've been to better walmarts that are always well stocked .This place is alright but i prefer going to the walmart in winterhaven fl there Never fully stocked its frustrating .

Fantastic, my mother n I go nowhere else, unless their closed. Huge portions, n great price 4 ur portion. Cooked or made just right. They treat us like family, n remember us by asking what we'd like to order 4 our dogs, that's how well they know us. N very clean.

Was greeted warmly. Only had to wait a short time to check out. Which surprise me with how busy it was.
