The items are not arranged properly. The items placed under $3 rack cost me $5. When asked about it, the manager refused to explain. Also, the same day, the pot of mums that were placed under $3.94 section cost me $6.97. I didn't notice this until I went home. That's not all, I bought 3 pots of mums out of which 2 of them cost $3.94 and one of them cost $6.97 (because it was placed in the wrong rack) but all three of them were billed at $6.97. I know this because I scanned the bar code in my Walmart app and it gives me the prices. I was charged extra $6 and I called the store to ask if they could help me over phone, since I'm unable to go to the store at this time but I was told rather bluntly by the store manager that concerns could not be addressed over phone. She did not even ask me what my concern was.

Unfortunately this Walmart has a lot to improve. And I mean a lot. I usually come here at night, in order to avoid huge crowds and big lines, but that doesn't always work. It can take me 5 minutes to hurry around the store and get what I need, yet I still have to wait 20+ minutes in line. It has gotten really bad lately. Usually only few self-checkouts are open which do not take cash at times, card or vice versa. If they're extremely busy at night they will put the slowest person on the register, I believe Mark, or Richard, (the one with the glasses - avoid like the plague) whose register starts having issues as soon as it's your turn to get checked out and who will make you go to another register and make you wait another 5 min (not kidding) as he slowly puts up all his plastic bags and gets the new register ready to go. The problem with his old register? The scanner stopped working and he was too lazy to use the hand scanner. Also if you come here at night, don't be surprised to hear associates start yelling at each other over 3 isles, stocking shelves with boxes everywhere, or just sometimes being super creepy riding around smiling and following you on that floor cleaning machine thingy.

I asked for a particular brand from a worker there. It was an older man. He said they didn't have it. I went to the next aisle and there it was. I told him so he could be aware. He just glared at me. Obviously, he just didn't care to do his job right or to apologize for his error.

Wait 35 minuets to get someone help me pick up the photo in photo center, employee not helpful at all, several employees walk through, no one stop by. Call local customer center several times, guaranteed send someone here, while actually no one coming, worst experience ever

This is a decent walmart. The staff are friendly. Never had any issues with this store. I did one time have a issue with a customer who followed me and my boyfriend and harrassed us because we kissed and we are a mixed race couple, and she called the cops saying we "Basically had sex" in the store. The cops and the staff were very helpful during this whole issue, understanding this lady was crazy and did their best to get it resolved and let us on our way.
