We are loyal  customers at the Walmart on Rinconada. Price and quality are a few of the reasons, but yesterday afternoon while shopping, I had a quick dizzy spell and no sooner than my companion could turn to attend me, an employee of the store was next to us offering help. He stopped his tasks to be  of help to us. My companion and I were so impressed with his actions, we didn't get his name, but we want your store to know just how wonderful your employees are. I went for an oil change the other week. The next day the oil light was still on and I had no clue why. Well a few days ago my car turned off and wouldn't turn on. Checked the water and gas perfectly fine. Checked the oil and it turned out they never changed it they just put more oil in it and that's it. When I want an oil change and I pay properly with it give not trouble and sit there for an hour nd maybe ten minutes I expect the oil in my car to be changed. Especially with having to go to school and doctor appointment as I'm pregnant.

Mens bathroom by the paint section was DISGUSTING
 and very obviously has not been cleaned or maintained in a long time. After reading the paper maintenance log hanging on wall it was verified it had not been cleaned in 2 days! After notifying a mgr. I was told "oh sometimes they just clean it and dont log it on the sheet"! I let them know that is B.S. and a lie!

Most things are in stock but they could definitely do a better job of not deleting items and not replacing them.

Walmart is Walmart is Walmart. All the same yet all different, unfortunately. I'd all the Walmart's in a particular town or city were set up the same in layout and configurations life would be so much better. But a Walmart is a Walmart is a Walmart.
