 It is what it is.  Nobody who works here has ever approached me to help me. When I ask someone about a product they never know anything.  It's really sad. Poorly trained employees. Lack of any leadership at all. Only giving it three stars because of the store upgrades being done lately. Looks nicer now,  but people are not helpful at all.

You wouldn't think so, but out of most places in Tooele, Walmart has the best customer service. I can get completely ignored at Rue 21 or Sally's beauty supply but I go to Walmart & people besides the greeters acknowledge me and my family and ask how we are or if we need help. It greatly improves the shopping expierence when people exhibit great customer service. Something as simple as a "Hi! How are you? " Great job, Walmart!

Wish you could give zero stars. I have been to this Walmart three times and all 3 times it takes me longer to checkout than to shop. 20 minutes to shop 45 minutes to checkout. The place has 40 registers and only ever has about 5 open. Seeing the volume of customers at this store quit saving dimes and hire some more checkers. In the meantime I will take my business elsewhere.

I freaking love walmart. It does suck how often they are out of things but i love how they are ontop of just about everything and they are always so happy to help!

The workers there are amazingly nice and it's very well organized. Sometimes they're out of stock on some items but that's common in all stores.
