Carthage, MS, is surely not what Mr. Sam had in mind for his company. Today is only one of many when I used my cell phone from the fabric department to request help with having fabric cut to purchase. The page went out. No one came. A WM cleaning lady had the courtesy to ask if I was being helped. Other employees (including a male member of management) walked right on by. The female associate over in toys looked over several times to see me waiting but never even offered to find someone to help. A second overhead page went out because of yet another female associate stopping to ask if I was being helped. Still no one came. No wonder Wal-Mart's fabric departments have diminished in size and product. People are taking their sewing lists to other stores

I wanted a gift card for a wedding shower. I had to buy a happy birthday gift card. That was all they had to offer. Not happy.

Had a rude worker named (Hailey) tell my daughter she wasn't allowed to dribble the bouncy ball I was fixing to buy her(which she was doing right there beside me while I looked at phone chargers) said it was against Wal-Mart policy!! First time I've ever heard of that policy. I said then you should have a sign on the bin saying do not bounce ball in store an lest without purchasing anything.. I will not visit that store anymore!!!

It's okay to shop here. But the cashiers seldom smile or say thank you. I go to this store weekly. Only had a nice cashier about once every 6 months. Sad
