Received the best customer service from a lovely young Asian woman in the deli department this morning. I did not catch her name, have no other way to identify her. She quickly lined up the multiple items I needed, remembered the weights, and got me on my merry way swiftly, and pleasantly. I'd not seen her in the store before but I sure hope to see more of her. Certainly an asset to a store that can bog down with crowds during the summer months. Also, a shout-out to Rosa in the Women's Dept. Another delightful lady who simplified my search for a clothing item. Good old-fashioned quality customer service. Thank you, ladies!

While I wish they still had a bigger selection of wall art, I have to say they are better than Oscoda K-Mart. God knows I want K-Mart to survive, but WalMart has a bigger selection of everything and quicker check out.

My boss had ordered a grill online and was going to pick it up at the Tawas store. Even though you are suppose to give the store a 24 hr. Notice for assembled items. Tina , an associate in Ship to Store pick up, went above and beyond her job to get me an assembled grill. She was extremely kind, courteous and professional. She was able to get Ryan, who worked in lawn and garden, to load the grill in my van. Ryan was extremely polite and kind. He waited patiently for Joey( another extremely polite and kind young man). Joey had helped me when I first arrived at the store. I would like to commend these 3 amazing employees for giving me an incredible shopping experience. Sincerely, Tanya Hernandez

I was ask by a man named Gabriel, if I needed any help. He was very kind and very professional on how he spoke with me. I had some questions, and he was able to answer. Overall a great experience. The gentleman made my morning.

The best Wal-Mart I've ever been in. Always friendly staff and if they don't have something they always go above and beyond to make sure you can get it next time.
