I always visit Walmart for just about everything necessary ... clothes, food, household necessities AND for medications. I find that the pharmacists are personable and helpful, even though it is always INCREDIBLY BUSY. I recently had a problem with a new prescription that I needed desperately. She took out time to research the problem and I was able to get it in 20 minutes. I can't remember her name; she works in the California Maryland store ... cute girl, youngest, wears glasses and light hair. She rocks and I would hope that U would let her know that I appreciate her! Thank you!

Customer Service Manager tried to refuse my return with receipt. He said "It is against Federal Law to return or exchange Music, CDs and Books." I get that for opened items, but it was sealed, undamaged, and I actually had two receipts because I bought a copy one day and my husband (not knowing I had already bought it) bought a copy the next day. I spent 20 minutes on the line with Walmart Customer Service to get it resolved. Kudos the the guy in the call center for hearing me, and for resolving it.

For a Walmart, this store is pretty nice. Very large superstore with good grocery department and all the usual sundries, household items, electronics, etc. at discount prices. I'll have to go back to take in all the rest of the store!

Good prices, good selection, customer service is on the okay side... But when it comes to check out I give them an F -

Cheap prices! You will save money! But don't come here if you are not interested in taking part in/witnessing an altercation of some sort or enjoy people following you around the store. I think you can bypass the excitement if you go super early in the morning. But after lunchtime, it's worth the extra bucks to go elsewhere if you are wanting a peaceful grocery shopping experience and/or if you are looking for overall decent customer service.
