It was right after the hurricane, but I was looking for a game controller for my computer, so I don't think it was out of stock because of that reason. They didn't have a very large selection of PC game controllers. Also the prices didn't seem very inexpensive to me. The controller they did have was $10 cheaper at Best Buy, go figure.

I just upgraded my rating from two stars to four stars in my description below explains why. Huge parking lot and you'll usually find an empty spot, close to the building. Long walk, sometimes very crowded and often not fully stocked. Personnel are getting better informed, with time, more friendly and helpful. It seems as though everytime I go there, the items I'm planning on buying are not even on the shelves. Even after complaining it has not improved one bit. There are STILL always almost few cashiers and the ones that are open are always all the way at only one end of the store. So if you park at the other end; you will wind up walking twice the distance to get back to your car. And on top of that, if you think you're going to get ahead and make a fast getaway through the SELF-CHECKOUT; you can forget it! Even though they have about 10 of the machines, they all seem to have problems, are broken, accept only one or two forms of payment because they're defective and are constantly coming up with error messages (which have to be cleared by the associate). Shopping at this Walmart Superstore is getting better with time. I'm wondering whether they may have hired a new manager. Most of the shelves are now well-stocked although there were a couple of OTC medications that I needed and there were none there. However and Associates scanned the barcode and immediately was able to tell me that it will arrive in two days exactly. Now that is good service. I was extremely impressed. Most of their prices are better than many other stores.

I love the atmosphere at this Walmart. I've actually been going there for years. It is family oriented and polite. They carry a great selection and overall I have no complaints. Thumbs up Turtle Creek Walmart.

Nice clean and tidy store. All employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Person at customer service was wonderful.

This is my favorite Walmart near me. I've been going to this location for at least 16 years. Recently they began online grocery pick up which is AWESOME! The employees are always pleasant when i pick up my groceries!
