I dislike their reinforced policies about shop lifting. Not that I don't understand why companies need to protect themselves from theft.. but how they do things at this store made me feel like I was thinking of stealing when I wasn't.

The girl at the register said she had to make sure I self scanned just one cosmetic item out of the 50 items in my basket.... this cosmetic item wasn't even the most expensive item in my basket but you need to monitor one item?

And these poor employees having to enforce these awkward rules to people. It's terrible!

I've never shop lifted before. Why would you treat your customer who spends 200 monthly at your store this way?

Was there at 8:35 pm to purchase a tool from hardware which is locked. I pressed the red little button to get some one to help me.. 10 minutes passed no one yet, 20 min passed no one yet. In the mean time many employees passed and I asked if any of them had the key... no one had the key. Apparently there was no supervisor available that had the key to hardware, that's ridiculous! There was this one employee who was trying to help but did not have a key, I called the store to complain and was told that it's store policy... really it's store policy to make customers wait 30 minutes to purchase something from hardware that cost no more than 10.00?? I convinced my husband to go to Walmart to purchase his tool he need he always goes to Home Depot but because it was convenient since we were in the area. We were very upset and you could be sure that we won't he coming back anytime soon or Anything related to hardware. This is the reason customers go elsewhere. Finally the same employee trying to help went to get the keys and opened it. The time was 9:14pm, 44 minutes to get something out of hardware...... 
RIDICULOUS!!!!

I went to get an oil change and the guys didn't even know anything about cars. He opened my hood and looked at it then went away for a few minutes to asked of they would do my car. What he told me next was completely unacceptable he said "we don't do your car we only do american!" So sad they lack professionalism. 
I was denied service at the main self service line when it was clearly open. That poorly educated associate said it was only for returns when I've paid there for alcohol many times before. It's incredible how lazy and ghetto associates are in that store. They talk like idiots, with tattoos all over their faces with their pants down to their knees. Walmart you're doing an outstanding job hiring trash, keep it up!

If you have to use the regular checkout lines, for alcohol or tobacco, prepare  to be there a while! It's like they intentionally place there slowest and least trained employees there on purpose so that you'll have to use the self checkout lines! I was in line for more than a half hour with only 1 person ahead of me, just to buy 1 24oz beer. Not doing that again! They used to have someone in self checkout come and verify you're age, don't know why they won't do that anymore!

So I went in to buy an iPhone cord and got it priced matched at electronics and he didn't really match the price online,no big deal. I'll take my few dollars off. But then I was like "no, they should match to what I saw" so I go to service and waited in the line for almost an hour! I felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter. She was the only one which is what I feel like is a normal thing at Walmart(which is stupid. Y'all can pay to remodel but not pay to train someone else to help at service) so when I asked the greeter if she could call a manger or something to help the girl. Which much disgust she said she called someone and a manger is on the way. Well about 20 mins later a manger stroles on by. So it my turn to go and do my price match and it done. So I thought.... It's been about 3 weeks and I still haven't seen the return on my statement(they had to return it then price match it, then ring it back up)... So I ended up paying for the item twice.... Just to show that this Walmart might look cool but is filled with dumb people.
