I was at the eye glass store in Durango co. Kim helping me choose a pair of safety glasses. That Employee is one heck of a lady. She is so patient and so helpful. It was a pleasure to have a person like that to help me. I sure hope that her manager knows she is one good employee. Thank you so much for your service Kim. Doug W.

This store is average. I have been shopping here on and off for many years. I also use a different Walmart store on and off. This one is out of inventory on items almost every visit. Also they have a very limited selection of American-made fresh-squeezed not-from-concentrate orange juice Florida's natural is American-made. Tropicana and Simply Orange are not. Yet their selection of foreign orange juice is far superior to domestic. Fruit and vegetable section is above average for Walmart.

After previous Horrible managers & experiences. This location is now of new management. It has become, a Better Place. Originally I gave it one star. Well I have shopped at it with, more pleasant experience. So for now I give it 3 stars. Things keep going good, I will say something more in the Future. There not harassing the general, money paying public anymore. It's a good thing.

Terrible phone service. Right now, I have a guy (Zach) in electronics trying to help me over the phone for something in GROCERY. He is taking it upon himself to help me when I needed something from GROCERY so he is great. But overall, the phone experience is really bad - they just place you on hold and send you from place to place. You really have to be a bulldog on the phone in order to get correct assistance.

Quality has gone downhill in products and service. The worst is the plastic grocery bags. I just purchased groceries and when I went to lift the bags out of the cart to put in my car, the bottoms apparently had holes and glass jars and food fell out. Worse it was pouring rain. There was salsa and broken glass everywhere which was dangerous. I immediately called inside hoping for help and a nice young guy walked by offering to help. I ended up picking up the glass myself. I made two calls to the Wal-Mart management. No apology and no replacement of my salsa that broke due to their cheap holy bags.
